Rates and Hiring

 

After an initial consultation with our Bookings Secretary Shaun Roney on 01200 441667 to check whether the Hall is available on your desired date, you can download our hiring agreement  and return it to: West Lane House, Downham, Clitheroe, Lancashire BB7 4BS. The following charges are PER HOUR of use (including setting up and breaking down time if necessary).

WHOLE BUILDING	£20.00
LARGE ROOM AND SERVERY/KITCHEN	£15.00
SMALL ROOM AND KITCHEN	£ 5.00
BILLIARD ROOM AND KITCHEN	£ 5.00

Tables, chairs, glasses, cutlery, heating and lighting are included in the above charges. There is a telephone available in the downstairs kitchen for emergency use only.
